The position of this caravan is hard to beat, its located in
the Broadlands vicinity of the park, which is classed as a premier area
by Haven. Situated in a corner of the park, there are very few people
having to pass this caravan to get back to theirs .
(Very annoying at 2am when the kids are asleep) Being in a cal de sac
and having a fence between the back of the caravan and the neighbours
reduces this even further. But its not miles away from everything, its
only approx 100 yards to “Caister On Sea Beach” which is wide and
sandy. It is also only a short distance to the main facilities. See

caravan
Caravan Facilities:-
The caravan is double glazed and
fully central heated making it ideal to use all year round!
The lounge has a very
comfortable domestic-quality free standing 3 piece suite, including
armchairs, 1 swivel and 1 recliner and a large double sofa which also
turns into a double bed if required. With a flame effect electric fire,
a 32" LCD television,
Playstation 2, movie and dvd player, you may not want to go out
!!! 
The well equipped and stylish kitchen has
all the modern conveniences you will need, with the added benefit of
large work surfaces and ample storage. There is a superb range gas
cooker with hotplate, electronic ignition and an overhead extractor
fan Also an Integrated fridge/freezer, Microwave, Fold out
ironing board and the life saving Washer/dryer. No need to spend hours
(and money) in the laundrette
The dining area c
ontains a table and chairs. If a
highchair is required please advise when booking.
The bathroom comprises of a
luxurious porcelain suite. Large seamless technology shower cubicle
with thermostatic controlled shower and a glass shower door. The
cubicle has also two small seats ideal for cleaning down the kids.
(Please note the shower tray in our opinion is deep enough to be used
as a baby bath.) There is also a heated towel rail and radiator.
The double bedroom contains
fitted double wardrobes and dressing table together with an ensuite
which contains a hand basin and toilet.
The single bedroom contains 2
single beds together with fitted wardrobes. Bed rail and/or travel cot
available if required (please advise when booking).
Quilts, pillows and all linen is provided FREE. However on occasions
guests prefer to bring their own, please let us know if you wish to do
so on the booking form, it saves hubby ironing them :) PS Don't
forget to bring your towels.
Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking in the
caravan.
