Booking Information

When making a booking, a £50 non refundable deposit will be required unless the dates are within 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday, where the full amount is due.

Deposit payments must arrive within 7 days of the provisional booking and the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, Should your payment not reach us by the due dates we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

Credit/Debit cards are accepted via paypal on our website. (You do not need a paypal account to use this service.) IF you prefer to pay by cheque please make it out to Caister Holidays and send to:-

Entertainment Passes  

• Entertainment passes are not included in our prices, they can be easily obtained when checking in at Haven.

Conditions Of Hire - (combined park rules)  

• The hirer of the caravan must be 25 years or older and must be present during the occupancy of your caravan.
• The caravan is only available to families and couples. Haven do not allow all male or all female parties.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking in the caravan.
• Any person whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
• All guests to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure to enable us to clean our caravan before the next guests arrive.
• Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay is the responsibility of the hirer.
• We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles during your stay.

Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting you privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998)
• We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second  to provide you with the best possible service.
• Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.
• The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us at caisterholidays@btconnect.com  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
• The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
• We will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. We will only contact you to answer your queries, to send you your booking confirmation or contact you on matters specifically relating to your booking. We will not contact you at any other time.

• We cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellations made by Haven from the activities and entertainment shown on our website. These details have been taken from Havens 2008 program.
• Price guarantee All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We guarantee that once you have paid the £50 deposit we will not change your holiday price unless you make a change to your booking. We reserve the right to amend the VAT element of prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT. Customers are reminded that our published prices are subject to change and may go up or down in response to changing markets.
• Website accuracy - Every care is taken to ensure that information shown on the website is accurate. Park photographs are taken at Haven’s Parks, and are intended for guidance only. Layout plans and artist’s impressions are for illustrative purposes only. Not all facilities and activities are identical at all Parks. Due to operational circumstances, activities sometimes may be withdrawn.
• Acts and artists Those featured on our website are representative of those planned to appear in 2008, and all reasonable efforts are made to ensure their appearance, otherwise acts of a similar calibre will replace them.
