Very comfortable caravan, and thank you for the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, very thoughtful. Need to check bolier as water kept getting cold, it would help if instructions were lefy on how various appliances work including heating and water gauges.
Door to caravan did not lock from the inside at night, and difficult to shut and lock from outside.
Our granddaughter enjoyed watching videos, and loved doing the puzzles. Thanks you

Thanks for the feedback. An instruction manual is needed and will be in place soon. Bolier engineer has been called out to check the bolier, internal lock seemed to work ok, but you need to left the handle to lock in place first. Please remember to call us on the phone number given in the confirmation letter if you ever have any diffculties within our caravans, You can also get assistant from Haven on site if required also. A very pleasant stay at Broadlands 34 (Wentworth). Lots to entertain the children on a rainy day. (Games, playstation etc)
Cooking utensils are ample for the time we spent here, and the tea/coffee/biscites packs on arrival were a nice touch. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival.
The ony thing to really "grumble" about was the price of the fun passes from Haven £50 for 5 days seems rathher excessive considering you would have to spend all week on site to get your money's worth. Maybe a discount rate could be negotiated.
On the whole a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and certainly an experience worth booking again next year.

The caravan was lovely and very clean, we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan, the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely come again and stay. Great collection of dvds and great for a family holiday. Thank you very much for the stay we enjoyed it very much.

Brilliant caravan, lots of extras, washer, digibox, dvds and videos etc. Kids loved watching dvds in the morning. 1st holiday not taking tonnes of dirty washing home. Had a fantastic holiday, kids loved it.

We have had a brilliant holiday, weather great and caravan wonderful! We have made good use of the washer and digibox and the beds were very comfy! Our daughter loved her private bathroom - we had to negotiate using the bath - and she's only 5 ! Thanks for everything.

Lovely caravan and very clean which saved the wife a job! A big bonus was having a good sized bath for the kids and the washing machine which has stopped us taking back bagfuls of dirty clothes. The bed is very comfy, the central heating was also brilliant as it has rained a few days and has been a bit nippy in the morning. Definitely a big 10/10 for the caravan and would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a great holiday caravan is very well equipped. Loved the bath and shower. Grandchildren loved sharing a room and we really appreciated the highchair. Lots of space for storage. All in all the best caravan we’ve ever had. Would certainly recommend – no problems with anything.

The caravan is nothing short of excellent, it is very clean and tidy and has a lot of extras (cot side/highchair/safety gate). The washing machine is a god send. The kids enjoyed sharing a room so much they want to continue when they get home ! Once again a fantastic caravan, great location a real home from home.
We would definitely recommend to family and friends and book again in the future.

Great holiday once again. Caravan spotless and the tea, coffee etc waiting for us is great. No problems whatsoever. All facilities on the site first class. The shower is excellent and my wife loved having a bath. To sum it up, great caravan, great site, great holiday. Already looking forward to next year.
