Lovely caravan stayed in 40 last yea,r apart from the decor this is a better layout for our growing family. plus points two bathrooms and toilet (heaven) washing machine saved on money spent at Laundrette although needs instructions how to use tumble dryer. Film box fabulous. Only bad things outside doors pain not being able to use both and one that opens you have to lift to close. Also distinct lack of working bulbs inside and out. Will be booking for next year.

Well where do I start? What an amazing caravan had everything we could of asked for. Love the movie box it was brilliant and had loads of fun with the games. Caravan in lovely condition very homely and cosy had everything we could wish for on site. brilliant swimming pool great soft play area for the little ones and the mesh and barrel was brilliant, we ate their everyday. The Spar shop on site was convenient but a little pricey but Tesco only down the road which was handy. Will be booking with you again have stored number in my mobile will be highly recommending you to families and friends thank you.

We've had a fabulous week staying in your caravan, very well equipped my two boys have loved playing on the PlayStation and having such a wide variety of movies to watch. Definitely home from home.we look forward to staying again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family many thanks.

First time in your caravan and I want it !!!! home from home. Love the secret shower room found by accident,loved the movie box enough to go and buy one, great that you have gone and got the extras in, for example Flowers, tea towels, tea and coffee and many more are nice to cater for the kids, toys and books etc. Will be in contact to rebook 2012.

Enjoyable stay. Great accommodation. A couple of days of bad weather meant that we spent all day in the caravan:- made more enjoyable with the movie box. Very good idea!

This is the second time we have hired this van and find it the best van we have hired since we have been coming to Caister (30 years in all) Always clean, Beds comfortable, very well equipped, cannot fault it in any way. Looking forward to coming back soon. Lovely touch the tea and biscuits. My wife loves the new TV and films. disappointed I didn't book for a month!!

This caravan to rent is excellent value. also well equipped Although we did not use some of the equipment e.g. washing machine, its nice to know you have it. Rain or sunshine, young and old the caravan caters for all.

- Very comfortable caravan, and thank you for the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, very thoughtful. Need to check boiler as water kept getting cold, it would help if instructions were left on how various appliances work including heating and water gauges.
- Door to caravan did not lock from the inside at night, and difficult to shut and lock from outside.
- Our granddaughter enjoyed watching videos, and loved doing the puzzles. Thanks you

Thanks for the feedback. An instruction manual is needed and will be in place soon. Boiler engineer has been called out to check the boiler, internal lock seemed to work ok, but you need to lift the handle to lock in place first. Please remember to call us on the phone number given in the confirmation letter if you ever have any difficulties within our caravans. You can also get assistance from Haven on site if required. A very pleasant stay at Broadlands 34 (Wentworth). Lots to entertain the children on a rainy day. (Games, playstation etc) Cooking utensils are ample for the time we spent here, and the tea/coffee/biscuits packs on arrival were a nice touch. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival.
The only thing to really "grumble" about was the price of the fun passes from Haven £50 for 5 days seems rather excessive considering you would have to spend all week on site to get your money's worth. Maybe a discount rate could be negotiated.
On the whole a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and certainly an experience worth booking again next year.

Lovely caravan and very clean which saved the wife a job! A big bonus was having a good sized bath for the kids and the washing machine which has stopped us taking back bagfuls of dirty clothes. The bed is very comfy, the central heating was also brilliant as it has rained a few days and has been a bit nippy in the morning. Definitely a big 10/10 for the caravan and would not hesitate to recommend.
